Located within Madison’s historic Garver Feed Mill, Kosa was designed as a restorative wellness environment that honors the building’s industrial character. Exposed brick and weathered wood are softened with abundant plants, natural materials and warm, layered lighting, creating a calming connection to nature. Locally crafted furnishings, healthy materials and sustainable design choices reflect Kosa’s commitment to personal well-being, community and care for the environment.
